Earlier this year I read Howliday Inn to the kiddos for school. It's a sequel to Bunnicula, but instead of a vampire bunny, it's a couple of werewolf dachshund that the main characters, (which are a dog and cat) are worried about. The boys seemed to have difficulty keeping the different characters straight. They didn't know if it was a dog, cat, or person who was talking. But they liked it. It wasn't my favorite, but I've read worse for sure.
