Teemo

Our cat Daisy had a litter of kittens. She had four of them in the neighbors flower garden. We took them to our garage for warmth and safety. But we couldn't save them from Daisy's horrible mothering. Of the four only one lived past the first two weeks. We named him Teemo and planned on keeping him.

He was kept out of reach for a long time though, and it was hard to interact with him while he was young, so he turned out pretty wild and afraid of humans. And then he completely disappeared. But...the kids liked having kittens while they lasted...

Anderson or Peterson Ponds

Last June we went to an end of school year homeschool party at, I think it's called Anderson pond in Parma. (Maybe Peterson Pond?)
It's a really cool place and super fun! Unfortunately it was on a day that we didn't have William and Owen, so they weren't able to come. Morgan invited his friend Hayden though.

There were tadpoles and frogs everywhere. Pretty fun.
There was a big platform for the diving board and a zip line. They also had a big water slide, but it wasn't operating on the day we went. There were floating docks all around, canoes, paddle boats, and enough life jackets for as many people that wanted them. And imported sand. They put a lot of money into their pond and they don't even charge for its use!

Here are just some random fun/cute photos from June that don't fit in with a specific event. Not a lot of explanation for each is required.

Last year for Father's Day I made a fun video for David. It will be fun to watch as the children grow.

157th Passage

Morgan and William did baseball again last year, and Owen did t-ball  They had fun and improved from the year before. Here's a video of all the video's I took. :)

The Angels baseball team had a huddle after the games. Alli thought she should join one time.

We had an award ceremony at Dairy Queen. Here's William.

 And Morgan.
Owen's party was at a pizza parlor. Unfortunately this was the only photo I got of Owen going to get his award. He was very shy about it and just snatched his medal and ran, so I couldn't get a good photo of him receiving it from his coaches.

I compiled the videos from the spelling bee in May of last year. I put them together awhile ago and apparently didn't put any effort in getting them in the right order, so it's a little weird, but I don't want to put in the effort to fix it. :)

Last year in May we did a quick science experiment for school. So easy to do and fun for the kids. When David came home from work he explained the why's in more detail than I did to help the kids understand the principles that make this work!
